Rental Terms and Conditions

Insurance

The renter must provide proof of an active insurance policy in the primary renter’s name.  This policy must be with a standard insurance carrier.  The policy must provide the following coverage:

Bodily Injury Liability: $100,000 per person, $300,000 per accident

Property Damage Liability: $100,000

Comprehensive Coverage

Collision Coverage

Security Deposit

A security deposit in the amount of $2,000 will be collected in addition to the hourly/daily rate selected.  The security deposit will be held and returned 24 - 48 hours after the vehicle is dropped off.  Any damages and/or fees will be deducted from the security deposit.

Renter Qualifications

Besides carrying standard insurance, a renter must be at least 25 years of age and hold an active drivers license in the state you reside.  Renters with severe moving violations and/or DUI’s will not qualify for a rental.

Reservation Policy

To reserve, a non refundable, initial $500 will be required to hold the vehicle.  The balance of rental rate and security deposit will be required prior to the vehicle’s delivery.

Fuel, Tolls, Tickets, Tows

Vehicle will be delivered to the renter with a full tank of gas.  Renter is responsible to return with a full tank of gas.  If not refueled, there is no surcharge, additional fee or penalty.  Vehicle will immediately be refueled and the amount will be deducted from the security deposit.

If renter anticipates tolls, a $20 per day flat fee is collected at the time of vehicle return.

Any fines for incurred traffic, red light camera, speeding camera, and/or parking tickets will be deducted at time of vehicle return.  Renter will not be penalized if tickets are disclosed at the point of vehicle return. In events where a ticket is not disclosed, a $200 fee will be retained from the security deposit.
